A new house in Augusta!

Volunteer Opportunity with Habitat for Humanity

Habitat for Humanities is building a house in Augusta at the Cony Village. They are looking for anyone willing to spend their day swinging a hammer. They usually work every Saturday and are on site at 9:00am and work most of the day.

This is a house for a single mother of three, with her youngest being severely handicapped. She has been out to the site helping to build this house every weekend as well and is EXTREMELY grateful!!

If you are interested in helping out you can contact the Volunteer Coordinator, Marlo Chavarie at 207-557-1314. The general contractor also does work on certain days during the week so you can still get involved if weekends don’t work for you!!

THANK YOU!
