Assessment

Lesson 10 Assignment

Please write a one page paper (can be up to 4 pages) that summarizes your experience in this class, your observations, your assessment of your learning and your understanding of positive psychology. In the essay, I want you to address some of the resources found in this course- YouTube, TEDTalks, links, etc. and describe your assessment of these media resources. Feel free to offer links or suggestions of resources that you have found helpful and include some links of your own (music or videos that strike you as pertinent to well-lived lives, well-being, flourishing or flow building, etc). Finalize your journal project, and please comment on that, as well. Did you notice any difference in your perspective as you kept your journal or as you learned these lessons?

Please demonstrate learning and understanding in this essay; or, if you feel you are disappointed by the course, PLEASE let me know what you are disappointed by and what you would have liked to see more of.

Lesson 10 Discussion

Take a look at your initial Biography post, and analyze the vocabulary used and the topics of focus. Discuss your observations re: what you highlighted initially, and how you may re-write your biography, now. (IF you would.) Why? Why not?
