Assessment

In this section you will find a list of the required Assessments that accompany this Lesson. The Lesson Discussions are designed for the ONLINE and HYBRID versions of this course. If you are not in an ONLINE or HYBRID version of this course you can ignore these instructions unless otherwise guided by your instructor.

Lesson 6 Assignment / Discussion

For this assignment you will be creating a presentation.

For this assignment you will be documenting the story using an app called Adobe Spark Video.

This presentation must include audio and video aspects and be easy to upload and transfer to me in a manageable format.

The presentation MUST be a researched, factual, convincing and positive presentation of TWO religious practices...one that is FAMILIAR to you and one that is FOREIGN or UNFAMILIAR to you. You will be presenting background, history, major belief constructs and religious requirements of the adherents. Consider this a commercial in which you are attempting to sell me, your audience, on the legitimacy and power of the faith systems you choose. This presentation should be no more than 10 minutes, but must highlight specific and fundamental constructs of the chosen faith.

By way of a conclusion, summarize how you may feel about encountering individuals with these belief systems in your work (either as co-workers or clients). Include this in your presentation.

You will post a link to your YouTube movie in this discussion board and particiapte in the discussion (just like any other discussion in this class - i.e. reply to at least TWO others' posts) but your grade will be on your presentation alone.
