Each semester the Academic Calendar designates times at which particular reports are due to registrar regarding the attendance and progress of students.

Faculty should submit a first class attendance report and Mid-Term Warnings report each semester by the dates designated on the Acadmic Calendar.

The Registrar will provide documents to all Faculty to complete these reports or you may contact the Registrar directly to have them send you the documents or provide you with an alternative reporting option (submitting the report online).
