Collaborate Basics for Students

Tips for Video Conferencing

  • Make sure you have a quality microphone and video camera for your computer.
  • Conduct the sessions in a quiet room where you will not be disturbed.
  • Turn off your microphone when you are not talking.
  • Do not eat in front of the camera.
  • That which is going on behind you is seen on camera...so make sure nothing is going on!
